She is also the Partner and Co-Founder of CSW Business Consulting, specializing in personal & professional development, starting & scaling business and coaching for executives and their teams. Chastain is masterful in training people to produce breakthrough results, she has also trained over 14,000 people in speaking.

Mrs Chastain has 20 plus years experience in consulting with people and organizations in groups and on an individual bases to produce beyond imaginable results in their lives and businesses.

The Stanford Graduate School of Business, the most selective business school in the United States has certified Chastain as a expert in scaling business. During the certification process Mrs Chastain worked with over 5,000 Startups, Fortune 500 companies as well as Non-Profit Organizations.

Prior to becoming a consultant Rose worked as a trainer, speaker and manager for one of the worlds largest personal development organizations. As a manager she was accountable for all operations in the South-West Region of the U.S. totaling over 20,000 people and increasing revenues by 30 percent.

Dr. Leslie Prins

One of the founding members of Your Natural Healthcare, Prins graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1971 with a BA in Sociology. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon in 1983 after beginning his chiropractic academic career at Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1980.

Dr. Leslie Prins

One of the founding members of Your Natural Healthcare, Prins graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1971 with a BA in Sociology. Upon graduation, Dr. Prins established Island Chiropractic in Alameda, California, where he has lived with his family and practiced for over 25 years.

His varied training and certifications reflect the versatility of his practice, and he continues learning and diversifying his arsenal of tools. In 1985, Dr. Prins received Board Eligibility from the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedics. In 1986, he obtained certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician. Dr. Prins was a Fellow Candidate in Applied Spinal Bio-Mechanical Engineering from 1990 to 1994. In 1997, he received Board Certification as a Diplomat from the American Chiropractic Board of Neurology.

A unique combination of varied skills, astute observations, and an expertise about the human body allows Dr. Prins to individualize treatment plans for his patients. He enjoys providing a natural (non-surgical, non-pharmaceutical), safe, and effective approach to care for his patients and helping them to become proactive and preventative in their healthcare lifestyle choices. By experiencing a wellness-oriented healthcare philosophy, patients can add life to their years.

She started at the age of 15 in her career as a professional violin player on contract with famous European singers. She loves standing in front of the camera, for which she acted in Dutch tv-series and was seen on television and in magazine ads.

Thanks to her father’s dedication to her being oriented toward critical thinking, research, and study, she started Medical School at the age of 18 and graduated Cum Laude at the Free University of Amsterdam in The Netherlands. After which she combined being a doctor with research in the laboratory of Medical Microbiology.

She has added value for patients in standardizing and optimizing procedures for patients. In the hospital, she executed a cost-effective analysis for different laboratory tests. These results have made it possible to prevent unnecessary testing and reduced thereby healthcare costs and improved quality of care for both the patient and the hospital. These impactful results she presented on national and international well-known conferences. All her findings are implemented in daily care and in the protocols.

Another major accomplishment is that she found big sponsors for her research projects, she enrolled a large number of patients, stayed within budget and forecasting. She is most proud that she was able to optimize quality and costs, developed a new strategy to treat patients, which is profitable for the patient and the other profit is for the hospital.

She has a broad range of interests and loves sharing her knowledge about a range of (health)topics. A woman with a passion for learning, she has created an avenue to share her knowledge and expertise through her unique, informative courses on her online platform DoctorDivera. She has a great passion for fashion and beauty. She loves dining out in Michelin Star restaurants and is into wine-tasting. Besides running and playing field hockey, she also raises her two children.
